This event is open to fourth grade public, private and home school students and their teachers from Albuquerque and Bernalillo County. Participation is limited to approximately 1000 students and 50 teachers. Teachers are to apply on-line each year between March-August 1. The application period is now closed.
Beginning March 2010, Albuquerque area fourth grade teachers are to apply online to the festival through the ABCWUA website: http://www.abcwua.org/content/view/238/440/
